Contributions or gifts to #WalkAway Campaign PAC are not deductible as charitable contributions for Federal income tax purposes and will be used in connection with federal elections.
Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.
When making a contribution, you certify the following statements are true and accurate: this contribution is made from your personal funds and not funds provided to you by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution, and will not be reimbursed by any other person or entity; this contribution is made by a U.S. citizen, lawfully admitted permanent U.S. resident (i.e. Green Card holder), corporation, labor organization, or political committee; this contribution is not from a foreign national or entity, federal government contractor; and this contribution is not from a federally chartered corporation or national bank.
#WalkAway Campaign PAC is an independent expenditure-only committee. Individuals and corporations may make unlimited contributions. Contributions from foreign nationals or entities, federal government contractors, federally chartered corporations and national banks are prohibited.
The use of the name and/or likeness of any candidate, officeholder, or other individual is for the purpose of this PAC’s political communication only and IN NO WAY indicates any authorization by, affiliation with, direction from, or endorsement by that person.

When selecting a recurring donation, WalkAway Campaign PAC will process this donation every month on the day of the month that you set up the recurring gift and in the amount that you specify using the method of payment that you identified. You can cancel or change this donation at any time by contacting us at info@walkawaypac.org. This authorization shall remain in effect until you notify WalkAway Campaign PAC and a reasonable amount of time has been given to act on it. A record of each debit will appear on your bank statement. You have the right to instruct your bank to reverse any and all debits.
